Silent Features
- All the parts of the Crusher are made of high-class Pig Iron and all the shafts are made of steel
- The Roller shells are made of close grain Pig iron and are fitted with selected steel shafts, the Roller shells are strunk fit on the shaft and suitably keyed. Grooves of the Rollers are desiged for maximum juice extraction.
- Bearing for the crushing units as well as the reduction gear unit are made from the proportioned high class steel. All the bearing have proper lubrication arrangements.
- All the Bushes are made of high class Brass Metal and the holes of the Bushes are fitted with the White Metal which takes smooth and easy in rolling and saves the Roller shafts from cutting.
- Main gears, intermediate gears and their penions are made of Pig iron and are designed to consume least possible horsepower in transmission.
- .Every Bush fitted in the Oil Box for the Lubrication and the supply of Lubrication oil made through the pipe holes. The pipe holes are place din the every Roller with the Roller Shaft.
